Senior Researcher in Antibody Engineering

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the screening, optimization and engineering-related experiments of antibody molecules, such as phage library screening, sequencing of monoclonal antibodies, humanization of antibodies, affinity maturation, and modification of antibody molecules;

2. Responsible for the expression, purification, and development as well as optimization of antibodies;

3. Based on sequence and structural analysis, the antibody molecules can be modified to optimize their physicochemical properties or enhance their activity;

4. Responsible for the in vitro screening of antibodies, the detection of their properties (such as affinity, physicochemical properties, etc.) and the analysis of their pharmaceuticality;

5. Be responsible for or assist in the establishment and optimization of the relevant antibody discovery platform, and be responsible for the use and maintenance of related instruments.

6. Manage the project progress and coordinate with other departments to advance the project.

7. Actively complete other tasks assigned for delivery.

Qualifications

1. A doctoral degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or a related field, with experience in early detection of antibodies is preferred.

2. Possess strong molecular biology skills, be familiar with the development and screening of various antibody libraries, and have extensive experience in antibody modification;

3. Possess strong data analysis skills and be familiar with relevant data analysis and processing methods;

4. Excellent English reading and writing skills, and proficient in consulting professional English literature;

5. Possess a high level of responsibility, work meticulously, and have excellent communication skills as well as a strong sense of teamwork.
