Senior Research Fellow in Bioactivity

Responsibilities

1. Familiar with macromolecular drug activity detection and pharmacological mechanism research; Responsible for the method development and testing of product residue and activity;

2. Responsible for designing and optimizing the experimental plan, analyzing problems, reporting the progress of the experiment in time, and completing the experimental record and report on time;

3. Responsible for or assist the establishment and optimization of related platforms, and be responsible for the use and maintenance of related instruments;

4. Manage the project process and coordinate with other departments to promote the project;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

1. Master degree or above in cell biology, pharmacology, immunology or other biopharmaceutical-related fields, relevant work experience is preferred;

2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in biological analysis and testing, working experience in biomedical industry is preferred;

3. Master cell culture, familiar with cell based assay, FACS, qPCR, cell signaling assay and Elisa binding assay; Ability to optimize tests and improve experimental stability;

4. Have the ability to summarize, summarize and process complex data;

5. Good English reading and writing skills, able to read literature independently, investigate and design experimental plans. When encountering problems, have certain judgment and ability to solve problems;

6. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
