Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the screening, optimization and engineering of antibody molecules, such as phage library screening, monoclonal antibody sequencing, antibody humanization, affinity maturation, antibody molecule modification, etc.;

2. Responsible for the expression, purification and method development and optimization of antibodies;

3. According to sequence and structure analysis, antibody molecules can be modified to optimize their physical and chemical properties or improve activity;

4. Responsible for in vitro screening, property detection (such as affinity, physical and chemical properties, etc.) and druggability analysis of antibodies;

5. Responsible for or assist in the establishment and optimization of relevant antibody discovery platforms, and responsible for the use and maintenance of related instruments;

6. Manage the project process and coordinate with other departments to promote the project;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

1. Master's or doctoral degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or other related majors, working experience in early detection of antibodies is preferred;

2. Strong molecular biology technology, familiar with the development and screening of various antibody libraries, and rich experience in antibody transformation;

3. Good English reading and writing skills, proficient in consulting professional English literature;

4. Have a high sense of responsibility, meticulous work, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
