Director of Protein Drug Development

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the preliminary technical analysis, project approval and background research of the protein drug R&D project, prepare the feasibility analysis of the project;

2. Responsible for the design, implementation, result acceptance and report writing of molecular optimization, pharmacology and efficacy tests in the process of protein drug development;

3. Responsible for directing, coordinating, implementing and managing R&D projects, formulating and reviewing project progress plans, keeping track of project progress and quality management;

4. Organize internal technical meetings regularly, give guidance to junior staff and provide them with necessary training;

5. Coordinate with other departments to promote the project, write and organize the application materials together;

6. Seek external cooperation opportunities according to the company's R & D strategy, maintain and expand external partners;

7. Perform other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications

1. Doctor degree in immunology, biochemistry, cell biology or other related major, more than 5 years related work experience, team management experience is preferred;

2. Experienced in the management of new protein drug R&D projects, experienced in the management and cooperation of CRO/CMO projects, responsible for the research and development of related projects and the preparation of application materials;

3. Strong summary and analysis ability, familiar with relevant data analysis and processing;

4. Good English reading and writing ability, proficient in reading professional English literature;

5. Have a high sense of responsibility, meticulous work, good communication skills and team spirit.
